About the Course

Airventure’s TEM CBT course provides pilots with essential training on the Threat and Error Management framework. This course explains how threats, errors, and undesired aircraft states can develop during normal operations and how effective TEM strategies help crews anticipate, recognize, and manage them. Your crew will learn how to identify common operational threats, understand human performance limitations, apply error management techniques, and use crew coordination and decision-making to prevent incidents and accidents. With this course we will demonstrate how TEM supports proactive risk management and continuous safety improvement.
