About the Course

Airventure´s Landing Distance at Time of Arrival (LDTA) CBT course teaches flight crews how to perform in-flight landing distance assessments. This course ensures that before starting an approach, the commander calculates the landing distance required, based on current conditions to ensure a safe landing. By covering the key steps in assessing runway conditions, weather, and aircraft performance, this training helps flight crew make informed decisions and avoid landing risks, enhancing overall flight safety.
